Games such as tennis and football require alertness and tactical thinking (that's more thinking than a game of mahjong) and you get to move around.
Up for something competitive but not up for lots of running? Try golf. Although running is not involved, you will soon find out that walking the entire golf course is not as easy as it sounds.
More recently, yoga has received widespread popularity, given its physical and mental benefits. Improved flexibility,improved posture and better concentration are but some of the benefits from yoga.
As Plato once said: 'Lack of activity destroys the good condition of every human being, while movement and methodical physical exercise save it and preserve it.'
So if you have been moved to move, run to Suntec City Mall.
There are many sports shops under one roof, you don't need to search high and low for your sporting equipment.
